By car from the North: Route 1: Either turn off the freeway at Berowra Waters, see below, or follow the freeway from Newcastle into Pennant Hills Rd (Ring Rd 7). After a few kms turn right into Boundary Rd and follow into New Line Rd, then follow into Old Northern Rd to Dural. Past Dural turn right into Wylds Rd. Turn left into Acadia Rd. Next left at Cobah Rd, (next right at Cobah Rd, next right at Cobah Rd, next right at Cobah Rd, next left at Cobah Rd,) next left at Nollands Rd. Yaraandoo is at the west end of Nollands Rd. Go to end and turn right into driveway of Yaraandoo. After 100 meters vere right, go past the large shed, continue until the venue, which has a red roof.
By car from the South: Route 2: Turn off the Hume Hwy onto Ring Road 7 to and follow it toward Hornsby until you get to turn left onto Boundary Rd at Pennant Hills and then use the directions above to Dural. This way is free, but has lots of traffic lights and so is slow. Consider peak hour traffic. Route 3: Turn off the Hume Hwy onto M7. To travel on the M7, which costs $12, one needs an electronic tag. If you have one go M7 which becomes the M2, then exit at Ring Road 7 toward Hornsby and then turn left at Boundary Rd to Dural as above. This is the quickest way for travellers from the south. Route 4: Follow Hume Hwy into the M5, whcih has a $3 toll, pass through toll gates and then turn left into King Georges Rd (Ring Rd 3). Follow straight along for over 30 mins or so, Roberts Rd (RR5), Centenary Dr (RR3), Homebush Bay Dr (RR3), Concorde Rd (RR3), Lane Cove Rd (RR3), Ryde Rd (RR3) till Nth Ryde and go under the Epping Rd overpass, then about 1 km on after a bridge take the left turn into Yanko Rd at the 4th set of lights. Follow that until you come to Pennant Hills Rd at the 5th set of lights, a six lane intersection. Turn left into Pennant Hills Rd and follow the directions as if coming along Pennant Hills Rd from the north, Boundary Rd is only 1 km on right. This way is slower has lights but not so many turns. Consider peak hour traffic.
Alternate routes from the North by car: Route 5. Travelling south on the freeway from Newcastle, after Brooklyn Bridge, take the Berowra Waters exit and follow Berowra Waters Rd. The free ferry runs 24 hours 7 days. Follow into Bay Rd, then Arcadia Rd, then turn right into Cobah Rd, then left into Nollands Rd. This way is the quickest for travellers from the north. Route 6. Continue on freeway from Newcatle and turn off to Hornsby and follow the Old Pacific Hwy(83) north. North of Hornsby take Galston Rd, which is very windy, through Galston Gorge, then turn right into Arcadia Rd at the round-a-bout, left into Cobah Rd and left into Nollands Rd. This way is pretty but slow. By train and bus: Take train from Sydney Central to Pennant Hills Station and then catch a 638 Hills bus Mon to Fri to Arcadia at 6.28am, 2.06pm, 3.19pm. Or from Pennant Hills Station catch a 633 Hills bus Mon to Fri to Old Northern Rd then catch a 621 Hills bus to Dural. These buses are more regular but do not get as close. On Sat from Pennant Hills Station catch a 633 Hills bus to Old Northern Rd then a 637 Hills bus to Dural. There is no service on Sunday. After arriving at Arcadia or Dural phone 04 1827 7896 for a lift or catch a taxi. Buses only go to Acadia five days a week and Dural six days a week.
